Chiến lược 'Nhượng bộ rồi Phản kích' (Straw Man avoidance)
Một bài viết thiếu thuyết phục thường bỏ qua hoặc bóp méo luận điểm của đối thủ. Ở trình độ C2, người viết đưa ra phiên bản mạnh mẽ nhất của đối phương (steel-manning), sau đó chỉ ra lỗ hổng nền tảng bằng các chứng cứ xác đáng.
