Cấu trúc sai khiến: Have, Get và Make

Cấu trúc sai khiến chủ động (Active Causatives)
Trong môi trường công sở, cấu trúc sai khiến thể hiện việc phân công hoặc nhờ cậy ai đó làm việc gì:
- Have + O (người) + V-bare: The director had the assistant prepare the quarterly report.
- Get + O (người) + to-V: We need to get the IT team to resolve the server outage.
- Make + O (người/vật) + V-bare (bắt buộc/khiến cho): The strict deadline made the contractors work overtime.
Cấu trúc sai khiến bị động (Passive Causatives)
Khi tân ngữ là vật chịu tác động, cả have và get đều dùng dạng quá khứ phân từ (V3/ed):
- Have / Get + O (vật) + V3/ed
- Ví dụ: The facility manager had the air conditioners inspected yesterday. (Quản lý tòa nhà đã cho kiểm tra máy lạnh hôm qua.)
- Ví dụ: We will get the marketing materials printed before Friday. (Chúng tôi sẽ cho in các ấn phẩm tiếp thị trước thứ Sáu.)

Chuyển trọng tâm từ chủ thể sang đối tượng hành động.
